Character reference REQUIRED (description acceptable).Complex props/clothing/poses REQUIRE a detailed reference and may carry an extra charge. Backgrounds (if applicable) are discussed/priced on an case-by-case basis.Payment is made 100% up front, though 50% percent up front/50% later can be negotiated. Character personality/description(s): Please give me everything you have on your character that you want me to have in mind when drawing them, such as references (required), mood boards, songs that remind you of them, or even snippets of dialogue from them.
By sending this order you also confirm that you have read my Terms of Service and agree to abide by them. Do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
I (the artist):
reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.
You (the customer/commissioner):
may request a refund if work on the commission has not started.
may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, making prints, minting NFTs, etc.)
may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
Process
Payment (USD) will be made over PayPal. After the initial payment is received, I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the right to request a refund (as per the terms of service).I will be in contact with you to conduct reviews as work progresses. The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work, but will usually begin with 1-3 thumbnails/small rough sketches with basic details such as gesture, expression, and composition. I will continue to work with you and conduct reviews to refine the sketch into a finished piece.
If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage. A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.The time it takes to finish your commission can vary from 1-2 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and my other responsibilities.
If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap. If I cannot complete the commission within the agreed-upon timeframe, you will be entitled to a full refund.Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution PNG image linked to you through Google Drive. Note that there is no physical product.
